Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you full command over your mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your e-mailboxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your electronic mail accounts against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming emails based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your email box accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply choose the email mailbox you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
